To save your document as a package or with all linked files follow these instructions.

As a "package":
1. With PageMaker document open, go to the Utilities Menu.
2. Go to the "plug-ins" menu, and select "Save for Service Provider".
3. In the dialog box, click on "Pre flight pub" button to check fonts and links,(correct as needed).
4. Click on the "package" button, and then check the "copy fonts" box.
5. When the process is complete, click on the "close" button.

Save with Linked files:
1. With publication open, go to the File Menu.
2. Go to "save as", check the "copy all linked files" box and finally save document to disk. Then copy all fonts to the same disk (click here to see how).
