Preparing Your Computer Files for Printing

Pleasant Graphics uses Adobe PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and QuarkXpress. For the best results we ask that you save your files to a disk using the above programs. We can read Mac formatted disks and files created in different programs but results may vary. To ensure your project comes out correctly please contact us to discuss file compatibility.

Things to Remember:

1. Include ALL linked files. TIFF file format is preferred for artwork and photos. All artwork and photos MUST be saved on the disk we receive.

2. You must include ALL fonts. For instructions on how to save your Windows fonts (True Type and Postscript) Click Here. For instructions on how to save your MAC fonts Click Here. We can attempt to match your fonts.

3. The preferred method for files is a PageMaker "package", Click Here for instructions.
